House/Outdoor Sessions | ||||||||||
With most people living a busy lifestyle, its sometimes hard for people to commit their time to get to the gym, or they may just not like gyms so what better for me to come to you, being at your house or outdoors in a local park. I have more than enough equipment to accommodate your goals. Get in touch as limited spaces. | ||||||||||

30 Minute Sessions | ||||||||||
Best for people who have had some experience with exercise and can train at a higher intensity. Cheaper per session and getting the same benefits in a shorter time. These sessions are Gym based only. | ||||||||||

Joint Sessions | ||||||||||
Want to train with someone you know and keep each other motivated and pushing towards each others goals, while paying less than a 1 – 1 personal training session, then a joint session can be perfect for you, I would advise if you want to do this, then its best to train with someone who is similar in fitness levels as yourself. It’s possible to still do the sessions if the two people are at different levels of fitness but you’ll find its far more beneficial to your goals doing it with someone who is similar. | ||||||||||
